New leaks show how five cameras in LG V40 ThinQ work

first_imgLG will unveil its next flagship V-series smartphone– LG V40 ThinQ– on October 3. Ahead of the official launch, the company has already started teasing details about its upcoming smartphone. The Korean electronics giant, via a teaser video, has already confirmed that its V35 ThinQ successor will sport five cameras. And now, a new leak seems to confirm how the five cameras in the upcoming smartphone would work.The latest leak comes from Evan Blass, who has been gracing us with interesting details about the phone in the past couple of weeks. Bass, in a tweet has shared the workings of LG V40 ThinQ’s camera setup.As per Blass’ tweet, the triple rare camera setup in LG V40 ThinQ will come with a regular shooter, a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens. On the front, the details shared by the tipster suggests that the phone would come with a standard and a wide-angle lens.While the images shared by the serial tipster don’t give out details about the camera specifications, rumours suggest that the phone could come with a 16MP shooter along with a 12MP wide-angle lens and 12MP telephoto lens at the back and an 8MP and a 5MP camera at the front.Meanwhile, the company, via its Korean newsroom, has already confirmed that the LG V40 ThinQ will sport a 6.4-inch screen with a glass body that comes with a matte finish.
