These show that Boomin will be positioning itself as the ‘property portal for the home’ when it goes live in a few weeks time. The video also makes some eyebrow-raising claims. These include that it will increase transaction numbers in the property market and keep potential vendors and buyers engaged with the market outside the usual transaction cycles,Property searchPre-market consoleBoomin also says agents will be able to let potential buyers know about properties they are valuing and in the process of being instructed on, while home owners will be able to reveal their intention to sell much earlier on in the process. It will also enable buyers to pre-register their interests in what they want to buy, helping stimulate market activity earlier in the process online and, Boomin says somewhat controversially, help increase competition and drive up prices.Money making pagesWatch the video<spandata-mce-type=”bookmark” style=”display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;” class=”mce_SELRES_start”></span><spandata-mce-type=”bookmark” style=”display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;” class=”mce_SELRES_start”></span> Phil Lloyd Boomin Michael Bruce December 10, 2020Nigel LewisWhat’s your opinion?
